Asst Cubmaster and Webelos leader,
former Destroyer, Lightning and Hobiecat sailor and backpacker; David

founding Skipper of Ship 59 in Frederick, MD, former Scoutmaster,
Cubmaster and backpacker, current Monmouth Council Vice President
District Operations, BSA Sea Badge trained, Red Cross certified
(Water Safety Instructor,
CPR/AED, First Aid) and lifelong sailor; Catherine Early has 30
years of teaching special education, U.S. Sailing and Red Cross
